At Oregon Mountain Coffee Company, we focus on single-origin coffees while also offering a house espresso and a daily blend filter option.
We select our coffees based on the unique flavors of their origins and roast them to accentuate these characteristics. Our approach is to allow the beans to showcase their natural qualities rather than trying to force any particular flavor profile in the roaster. Each bean is chosen for its distinct origin and the experience we aim to deliver in the cup.
We don’t roast based on trends or social media popularity; instead, we prioritize the coffee profiles that we find enjoyable and worth sharing. Our menu remains simple and precise, aligning with our preference for certain coffee profiles. If you enjoy one of our coffees, there's a good chance you'll like the others as well. We strive for a balanced cup—never too bitter and never too acidic.
