Our house espresso is our interpretation of traditional flavors with a little nuance, focusing on reducing bitterness and acidity while enhancing the elements we enjoy. It's neither too dark nor too light—just right for an Americano or for adding a touch of sugar and milk. This is he type of coffee that “ sticks” to the tongue in a good way.
We always degas the espresso for a few days before selling it and recommend allowing 7-10 days for the flavors to develop fully. Proper extraction is key to unlocking the full potential of all coffee profiles. In our cafe, we extract at a 1:2.5 ratio unless requested.

We select our coffees based on the unique flavors of their origins and roast them to accentuate these characteristics. Our approach is to allow the beans to showcase their natural qualities rather than trying to force any particular flavor profile in the roaster. Each bean is carefully selected for its unique origin and the exceptional experience we aim to deliver in the cup.
We don’t roast based on trends or social media popularity; instead, we prioritize the coffee profiles that we find enjoyable and worth sharing. Our menu remains simple and precise, aligning with our preference for certain coffee profiles. If you enjoy one of our coffees, there's a good chance you'll like the others as well. We strive for a balanced cup—never too bitter or acidic.
